Very friendly and professional each time I have my vehicle in for service. For my recent visit, it was in for inspection. They were very informative, keeping me up-to-date from scheduling the appointment to going over my vehicle and calling when it was complete.

As always the service receoved was top notch. It's a great feeling when you can trust your auto shop.

The parts that were needed to repair the damage done by squirrels was discontinued by the manufacturer, but Double Nickel owner, Justin was able to repair the damaged wires and complete the repairs exceeding the standards required by the manufacturer.

I had PA State Inspection/Emissions done along with changing my serpentine belt and replacing a wheel stud and lug nut. They also do a complete inspection of the vehicle and give suggestions on what should be done in the future. Justin (Owner) and Ryan (Front Desk) are very customer service oriented. Great job!

As a woman going to mechanics can be nerve wracking but the staff is very friendly and didn’t talk down to me or simplify anything unless i asked them to, which was very nice. The staff is amazing.
